Graduate Outcomes is a national survey that takes place 15 months after you complete your studies and captures information about the activities and perspectives of graduates after they have finished their course.
As a Cranfield graduate, your response to the survey is crucial to us, it will:
- Enable our Career Development Service to provide tailored career advice which you can continue to access as a Cranfield alumni.
- Support prospective students by providing insight into their potential career destinations and informing students’ choices.
- Help Cranfield, your School and your Theme evaluate and promote their courses.
- Assist in the development of higher education policy.
- Enable us to make improvements for future students.
The survey is also of national significance as it allows policymakers, charities, journalists, researchers and others to understand the higher education sector and the state of the graduate labour market.
About the Graduate Outcomes survey
Each year the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) uses the Graduate Outcomes survey to collect information from graduates of all universities about what they go on to do. It is an opportunity for you to let us know how you have got on after finishing your course. We value your opinion and it is important that your voice is heard. It only takes a few minutes to complete the survey and your responses and data will be treated with care and in strict accordance with data protection legislation.
How to take part
You will be asked to complete the Graduate Outcomes survey 15 months after you graduate and will be contacted via telephone and email on behalf of Cranfield and HESA. The survey can be completed online or over the telephone, but we must have your current email address and telephone number to contact you. We would be very grateful if you could now review and update the contact details we currently hold about you
As this is a statutory survey, Cranfield is required by law to provide up-to-date contact details for all of our graduates so that HESA can send you the Graduate Outcomes survey. You can find out more about HESA and their role as a trusted source of HE data and analysis, by visiting the HESA website.
