These Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods and Services are an integral part of the Purchase Order and shall apply to all purchases of goods or services by Cranfield University unless varied by any Special Conditions appearing upon or referred to in the Purchase Order. Any Purchase Order issued in respect of a supply in support of the Academic Provider Contract for the Defence Academy shall also be subject to the Purchase of Goods and Services AP Addendum May 2022.

In addition to the Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods and Services, should the provision of supplying Services to Cranfield University incur travel expenses on our behalf then these need to be in accordance with the University’s expense policy.
