Core content
Essential Management covers the commercial fundamentals of strategy, finance, marketing communications, management and leadership. You will understand more about your functional responsibilities and more about the business as a whole. You’ll also have a toolkit of skills to help you manage your team and yourself.
During the programme you will work with other senior managers to develop your manager’s toolkit. This programme is based on over 35 years of experience working with owner-managers and senior teams. It provides you with the tools and confidence required to drive enhanced business performance through individuals and teams.
