Our next free Leaders in Learning Network event focuses on the ongoing challenge of Inclusive Talent Management.
In many parts of the world, and in many sectors, women are entering organisations in equal proportion to their male counterparts. But at every stage between entry level and the top of organisations, the number of women drops off. In senior positions, in particular at Executive Committee and Board level, women are heavily underrepresented. Most organisations today have very good policies in place with regard to creating equal opportunities and they genuinely want more women at the top. So why are we seeing such limited progress? The answer often lies in the practices and behaviours embedded in everyday organisational life.
For leaders that are responsible for learning and development, the challenge often comes in not just developing the right programmes to encourage and support the progression of females within the business, but ensuring that these development opportunities have a real impact in the organisation.
This event is a perfect chance for you to table your current organisational challenges and to discuss, share and learn from other senior L&D and HR professionals. Hosted by renowned Cranfield experts Professor Sue Vinnicombe, Dr Hilary Harris and Dr Doyin Atewologun, it will introduce you to Cranfield’s ground-breaking, holistic and behavioural model which will ensure you can finally move the dial on this challenge.
