  • We are leading an international collaboration examining the potential for low-carbon hydrogen as a clean fuel for the future. The HyPER project includes construction of a state-of-the-art 1.5 MWth pilot plant on campus. 
  • Due to our unique facilities and expertise in the fields of coatings and combustion, we were part of a research project looking at commercial deployment of systems that would form part of the next generation of low / zero emissions Integrated Gasicfication Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plants.
