Santander are offering organisations who; are either non-levy companies, or companies who don’t have sufficient funds, the opportunity to apply for a Transfer of Levy to fund apprenticeships.  

The transferred funds will be used to pay for 100% of the training and assessment costs of the apprenticeship up to the funding band maximum.

Transferred funds will cover the cost of the whole duration of the apprenticeship.

• Have an identified training need with regards to their current or future role;
  
• Require a significant amount of training to meet the knowledge, skills and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard
  
• Not hold a level 7 in a similar qualification area;
  
• Have UK residency or meet the appropriate visa conditions;
  
• Spend a minimum of 50% of working time in England;
  
• Be able to commit for the whole duration of the apprenticeship including End Point Assessment.
  

By submitting this form I confirm that the information given is correct to the best of my knowledge and that I have the authority to approve the use of the apprenticeship levy or co-investment payments.

• Paying at least the national minimum wage / apprenticeship wage (see guidance here)
  
• Ensuring apprentices are given a minimum of 20% of their contracted hours for their off-the-job training, including allowing TOIL for off-the-job training delivered outside of core business hours;
  
• Not asking apprentices to contribute to the cost of their apprenticeship training;
  
• Providing opportunities in the workplace to practise the knowledge skills and behaviours learned whilst at Cranfield.
