Officers’ Mess
All students, including those living off site, are eligible to join the Officers’ Mess for a modest fee. Each mess is a great social experience whether you eat at the self-service dining room offering a varied and delicious menu or you mingle with your friends at the bar, in the TV rooms or snooker room. You can study in quiet areas and you can even do your laundry in the laundry room.
Please be aware that there is a dress code when attending the Officers’ Mess.

Slim Atrium Café and Café n Chat
A great area to socialise with your friends. Situated between the Barrington Library and the chapel, there’s hot and cold food including sandwiches, crisps, chocolate bars, jacket potatoes and soup. Both cafés have indoor and outdoor seating areas and are excellent places for group meetings.

Churchill shop
The Churchill shop is based near the Mess accommodation, close to the main gate. It sells a variety of packaged foods and bottled drinks, and is open all week - perfect for a quick snack.
