Background
Dr Barry Winter is an industrial psychologist with a PhD from London University and an MBA from Warwick Business School. He has held senior management positions in a FTSE 100 company and on the UK board of a global professional services firm. More recently he has designed and delivered leadership, change and organisational behaviour modules in executive programmes in the UK and overseas.
