Airport Business Management

Course date: 19 Nov 2012  - 23 Nov 2012

Course overview

The aim of the course is to provide managers with a range of skills in airport economics and financial management and insights into key business issues facing the industry. The course also acts as a forum where airport directors, managers, regulators and others directly involved in airport finance and business management can informally discuss and explore key issues.

The course consists of a programme of lectures delivered by Department of Air Transport faculty and visiting speakers representing airports and other related organisations. The programme also includes a series of workshop sessions where groups of participants are asked to solve various airport management problems.

This course also functions as a module which forms part of the full-time MSc in Airport Planning and Management offered by Cranfield University Department of Air Transport.
