Safety and Accident Investigation MSc/PGDip/PGCert

In 2005 Cranfield became the first University to offer an MSc program to Aircraft Accident Investigators from around the World, developed from our world class short courses which have run since 1977.

The program covers a wide area of expertise related to safety and accident investigation whilst enabling students to specialise in appropriate subject areas. This flexibility means that you may tailor the course to your particular interests and career aspirations.

Stand out from the crowd

Cranfield is the only wholly postgraduate science, technology and management university in the UK, it is the first choice for ambitious and skilled individuals wishing to enroll on Masters’, Doctorate and professional development programmes.  It is one of the top five research-intensive universities in the UK, alongside Oxford, Cambridge and London’s Imperial College.  Over 10% of the UK’s engineering and sciences PhDs are awarded by Cranfield.  93% of students go on to relevant work or further study within 6 months of graduation.  Our student body of approximately 3800 students is made up of students from over 100 countries with 64% from within the EU and the remaining 36% from outside of the EU. This diverse variety of cultures, when combined with our mix of full and part-time students, ensures a professional, culturally diverse, focused and mature environment in which to study.
