Course overview
Professionals wishing to understand the fundamentals of the coagulation process for chemically-enhanced clarification of water and wastewater.
On successful completion of this course the delegate will have:
- an appreciation of the nature and scope of chemicals employed for coagulation and flocculation
- an understanding of the water and interfacial chemistry through which the coagulation process works
- an indication of the capability and design facets of flocculation as applied to water and wastewater treatment
- the opportunity to participate in a process design exercise
