Facilities
The School of Applied Sciences operates facilities and associated equipment which are often unique to Cranfield. Sport Surface Technology students benefit from access to state-of-the-art facilities which promote a greater understanding of the playability and management of natural sports surfaces. These include:
- soil dynamics laboratory
- irrigation and drainage laboratory
- soil physics and mechanics laboratory
- biological and chemical analysis facilities
