Associate Drivers

Motorsport demands total commitment from engineers, mechanics and drivers. Effective communication between race engineer and driver is critical to optimise the competition vehicle. Cranfield Motorsport MSc students who want to go trackside are encouraged to work in teams and gain experience in all areas including data and race engineering. 

Cranfield's motorsport programme also recognises the importance of helping young drivers establish their careers and has an associate driver scheme.
