Pressure to deliver business change in public and private sectors is intense in the current climate of austerity. Cranfield University and Miragroup are pleased to offer this series of three-day workshops providing tools and techniques for the effective management of change in a complex environment. Without taking a simplistic or prescriptive approach, these workshops allow delegates to deliver a joined-up vision of business benefits by taking a holistic view of process, organisation and people to deliver change that results in improved performance.

These workshops are highly interactive, delegates will have the opportunity to work in small project teams to solve typically ‘grey’ problems working towards suitable solutions using the practical principles taught during the workshops.
