Jenny Kay – PA to Head of Department/ Departmental Administrator

Jenny Kay is Personal Assistant to Professor Simon Pollard, Head of the Environmental Science and Technology Department. Jenny is also the Departmental Administrator. Jenny provides administrative support to Dr James Brighton and members of the Centre for Automotive Technology (CAT) group. Jenny also provides administration and general secretarial support to Robin Butler, Manager, Cranfield Impact Centre (CIC) and the CIC team.
Tania Baker - Institute Administrator / STREAM IDC Programme Administrator

Tania Baker works in the Cranfield Water Science Institute assisting staff within the department with administration and general secretarial requirements as well as assisting colleagues within the larger department. She is also responsible for the overall administration for the STREAM IDC programme and assists with the communication between the other four partner universities within the programme.

She also assists with course facilitation for the postgraduate programmes within the Department

Zoe Payne assists staff in the Centre for National Soil Resources Institute (NSRI) with their day-to-day secretarial and administration requirements and carries out general secretarial and administrative tasks for colleagues across the Department. She also looks after the Publication Sales (books and maps).
