Technical staff associated with the Centre for Energy and Resource Technology:
- Mr Nigel Legrave
Nigel has worked at Cranfield University since 2002. His experience includes combustion and gasification studies with various energy crops and high temperature testing on specialised high temperature coatings. He is also co-author on a number of papers including 'Pilot-scale combustion of fast-pyrolysis bio-oil; ash deposition and gaseous emissions'. He is currently completing his MSc in Ash Deposition Studies in Heat Exchangers. His previous experience has come from serving in the RAF as a weapons technician, in addition to working in the Ministry of Defence at various locations in the both atomic and chemical defence sectors. In all areas of his experience he has worked in challenging physical environments, including chemical, biological and radiological. - Mr Andrew Potter
