Mr Arul Solaimuthu Vaithilingam is a KTP Associate in Enterprise Software Development who is working on a 2 year project within LSN-LRI to develop a web based E-Development Platform under Multi-Tenant. The focus is on the project management and planning activities including proactive engagement with stakeholders to achieve the targets. In addition, specifications design for modules of the solution with particular focus on learning management, qualification management, performance management, talent management and succession planning.
Mr Arul Solaimuthu Vaithilingam is also a subject matter expert in creating business objects according to design specifications. In addition, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages with a specific background in the Software Requirement, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment.

Mr Arul Solaimuthu Vaithilingam has a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on the Software Research & Development (R&D), Systems Analysis, Software Requirement, Software Architect, Software Development, Programming, Testing and Deployment. He has over 6 years of professional software experience in the area of Web/Client Application Development using Microsoft Technologies like Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL Server and Oracle. He has expertise in creating business objects according to design specifications.
He has good Analytical & Mathematical skills. He has the ability to use good reasoning in analysing a situation and also the ability to problem solve. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in "Microsoft Application Development Foundation" & "Microsoft Web-Based Client Development.
