Mr Francesco Ometto is a PhD student at Cranfield University and a Marie Curie Fellow researching the 'Integrated process for biogas production from algal biomass'. in the ATWARM (Advanced Technologies for Water Resource Management) project.Clients

Background
Mr Francesco Ometto graduated from the University of Padua's Engineering Faculty with a BSc and MSc in Environmental Engineering.
His background is in wastewater treatments:
- biological/chemical treatment
- design of wastewater treatment plan
and solid waste management:
- classification
- treatment facilities
- design landfill.
He commenced at the School of Applied Sciences in February 2009 as a Visiting Student on the Lifelong Learning Programme (Erasmus). His MSc thesis was entitled 'Biological degradation of fats, oils and greases (FOGs)'.
