Current activities
Mr Alex Alechnovic is a KTP Analyst who is working on 2 year project within LSN-LRI to develop web based talent management platform under Software as a Service. The focus is on the project management and planning activities including proactive engagement with stakeholders to achieve the targets. In addition, specifications design for modules of the solution with particular focus on learning management, qualification management, performance management and succession planning.
Mr Alex Alechnovic is also a subject matter expert in the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) stages with a specific background in the analysis and modelling fields.

Background
Mr Alex Alechnovic has a BSc and MSc degrees in the IT background with a focus on the information systems analysis and deployment. He has gained professional experience from SMEs to large corporations in personnel development, aircraft, banking, pharmaceutical and football environments. Currently he is a a member of CMI and studying a CMI Diploma in Leadership and Management and PRINCE2 qualifications.
