Directions to Cranfield campus

ROADWORKS – NOTIFICATION

13 to 16 February 2012

Between 8am and 6pm each day there will be no access to the Cranfield site from the A5130 along Broughton Road. For an alternative route either continue along the A5130 to Junction 14 or follow the diversion shown on the map through Wavendon.

From London and the South

Take the M1 north to junction 13. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit signposted A507 in the direction of Bedford.  At the second roundabout, take the second exit signposted to Cranfield, Hulcote and Salford. Continue along this road to Salford and turn right at T-junction, signposted Cranfield. Follow this road to the end and go straight across the first roundabout, right at the second, then left at the third. At the mini-roundabout (Petrol Station on your left) go straight over and the entrance to the University is first right - signposted 'Main Reception'.

From Birmingham and the North

M1 south to junction 14. Take A509 in direction of Wellingborough, then immediately first right, proceed through Moulsoe, then turn left following signposts.

From Bedford and the East

A428-A422 west to Astwood (7m), then left following signposts. Or A421 south-west through Kempston then right through Wootton (5m) following signposts.

From Oxford and the West

Follow A34, then A421, to Bicester, Buckingham and Milton Keynes. In Milton Keynes follow signs to M1 North (junction 14). Then proceed as from Birmingham and the North.
