Cranfield Super computer

Cranfield's bioinformatics activity comprises a group of entirely computer-based researchers concentrating on the following main research areas:

  • Bioinformatics for mass spectrometry based proteomics
  • Chemometrics for interpretation of chemical & metabolomic data
  • Data integration for systems biology
  • High performance computing

We apply this expertise to a range of application areas, including systems biology, drug discovery, toxicology, analytical methods development, biomarker discovery and basic biology.
