Cranfield Health commits to finding a work placement for all MSc students who wish to carry out their four-month research project in industry. During this project, you can actively apply theoretical knowledge to real-life situations, gaining contact with potential employers and practical experience in a highly competitive industry. In past years, students have carried out work placements in companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Wyeth, Huntingdon Life Sciences, Unipath, Bayer, the Veterinary Laboratory Agency, The Binding Site and some students go on to join such companies following completion of their degrees. Others have chosen to continue their research training by undertaking a PhD either at Cranfield or elsewhere.
