Heath Operations MSc (India)

In association with the Institute of Clinical Research India

The MSc Health Operations is awarded by Cranfield University and delivered in partnership with the Institute of Clinical Research India (ICRI).

About the course

In today’s rapidly changing economic environment health organisations are increasingly implementing efficacious measures that are not solely based on outcomes, but utilise the metrics which other businesses, whether commercial or industrial define performance by.

Central to Health Operations is the identification of the clients’ (usually patients) needs and the design and delivery of a service that will effectively and efficiently meet those needs. Hospitals across the world are now embracing techniques in process, scheduling and resource management which have been widely used in manufacturing organisations for many years as a way of improving the patient experience and ultimately the patient outcome.

Cranfield Health’s MSc in Health Operations provides a thorough understanding of these techniques and their application within hospitals and other health organisations. This enables students to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to overcome the complexity and challenges facing health organisations today.

Who is the course for?

The course is available to students in India, and is particularly suitable for medical and health professionals wishing to move into management in hospitals or healthcare organisations.

Students can choose to study the MSc in India or at Cranfield University, UK.
