Current activities
She is currently doing a PhD research in knowledge management. Her research proposes to develop a dynamic knowledge map system, which can serve as the continual platform for just-in-time knowledge management service within organisations. By using multiple-case studies, this research also aims to investigate how organisations change through such a knowledge mapping project and how effective this knowledge map system can be.
