Background
Prior to taking up her position in December 2009, Caroline was the Manager for the Army Learning Centre at the British Army Training Unit Suffield, Canada. She was also the PA to the Senior Partner of a very successful and well respected firm of Solicitors in the North of England for 11 years before taking a career break to raise her children.
