Background
After eight years as a Stewardess in the RAF, which included postings to Ascension Island, Germany and Sardinia, Amanda then joined a local company as PA to the Quality Manager. After 8 years she then moved on to become a legal secretary for Arval PHH and then PA to Senior Nurse Manager at Swindon’s Princess Margaret Hospital.
Amanda joined the Cranfield University MDA team in December 2002 as Course Administrator and is now PA to Dr David Moore in the Centre for Defence Acquisition and secretary to the MSc DAM Academic Leader. She originates from Hertfordshire but now lives in Stratton in Swindon. Her hobbies include keeping fit, walking, music and is also a F1 Grand Prix fan.
