Current activities
- Currently studying for a part time PhD at Cranfield University, started in January 2008
- Research topic is “Cooperative missile guidance law study for guided weapon system” which tackles missile area defence problem such as Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) versus Anti-Ship Missile (ASM) problem
- Also undertaking the project, “Anglo-French ITP”, with Professor Rafal Zbikowski, Dr Antonios Tsourdos, and Dr Madhavan Shanmugavel

- M.Sc. in guidance and control engineering from KAIST in 2006
- Ph.D. student in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at KAIST
- Part time PhD in the Department of Informatics and SSystems Engineering (DISE) at Cranfield University’s Shrivenham Campus since January 2008

- Robust and nonlinear control theories
- Sensor based navigation
- Guidance design for missiles
- Estimation methods
- Cooperative control for UAVs
- Conflict detection and resolution algorithms
