Anthony was a serving officer who having gained an Open University Degree in Mechanical Engineering attended the GW Systems Course at RMCS in 1992 at which he gained his MSc. Subsequently he studied for a Part Time PhD at RMCS under Dr Rafi Ahmad and received his doctorate in 2004 the subject, “Laser Interaction with Energetic Materials – Prospect for Prompt Ignition”Since leaving the Army in 2004 Anthony has been employed by Cranfield University, part time, to continue his research.
