  • Considerable commercial IT experience in: programming, systems design and project management
  • Expertise in a range of application areas: banking services; ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning); CRM (Customer Relationship Management); accountancy; order fulfilment; SCM (Supply Chain Management); vehicle maintenance management; and QA (Quality Assurance)
  • Commercial IT consultancy projects involving training provision and bespoke software development across various business sectors: retailing, engineering, OEM and customer services
  • Teaching a wide range of academic and vocational courses in FE and HE at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
