Background
Mark has been employed by Cranfield University (formerly Cranfield Institute of Technology (CIT)) at Shrivenham since 1984, following six years in the MoD at PERME Westcott and Shrivenham. He has worked on numerous fluid dynamics projects including the investigation of boundary-layer stability on concave surfaces, the subject of his PhD awarded by CIT in 1993. He has been involved in the design and commissioning of a number of wind tunnels for motorsport in the US and UK.
Mark provides consultancy in experimental and theoretical fluid mechanics including wind-tunnel design and commissioning.
