Background
Michelle Addison joined Cranfield University in 1992, working as PA to the Academic Registrar at RMCS, moving to the University’s Postgraduate Admissions Office.
Michelle was appointed as the Cranfield Disaster Management Centre's Administrator in October 1998 and Senior Administrator in April 2002. With the merge of Cranfield Mine Action Centre and Disaster Management Centre Michelle was responsible for the business administration of all activities.
For the past two years she has worked as the Senior Administrator for the Resilience Centre responsible for all aspects of the administration and management of existing projects, to ensure that courses, services and products reflect the operational needs of the mine action, disaster management, crisis management and counter terrorism communities. She is now the Departmental Senior Administrator responsible for all aspects of administration and the operational needs of the department.
