Cadmium Sulphide/Cadmium Telluride Research
Much of this group's work involves experimental investigation into the CdTe/CdS system. This work can be roughly divided into two interlinked fields:
- The investigation of fundamental properties of CdS and CdTe
- The application of these results to film growth and solar cell construction.
