Forensic MSc Programme

The Forensic MSc Programme has been constructed from the modules of two existing and well-established Forensic MSc courses- Forensic Engineering and Science (est. 1998) and Forensic Archaeology and Anthropology. The versatile programme offers students a wide range of modules allowing them to graduate with one of five tailored MSc courses that will closely match their desired area of professional expertise:

Forensic Archaeology and Anthropology MSc is designed to give a broad introduction to the subject, rapidly advancing into the understanding of the cutting-edge research and latest methodologies.

Forensic Ballistics MSc is designed to give a broad introduction to the subject, rapidly advancing into the understanding of the cutting-edge research and latest methodologies.

Forensic Engineering and Science MSc focuses on the application of engineering and the physical sciences to forensic problems. The course is designed to give a broad introduction to the subject, rapidly advancing into the understanding of the cutting-edge research and latest techniques.

Forensic Explosives and Explosion MSc focuses on all aspects of explosives that apply to forensic science. The course is designed to give a broad introduction to the subject, rapidly advancing into the understanding of the cutting-edge research and latest techniques.

Forensic Investigation MSc is designed an overview of specific areas of the application physical sciences to forensic problems, allowing maximum student choice. The course is designed to give a broad introduction to the subject, rapidly advancing into the understanding of the cutting-edge research and latest techniques.

 

 

Forensic Computing MSc

Forensic computing is a dynamic area of criminal investigation, with new tools, techniques and methods constantly available to both the investigator and the investigated. The Forensic Computing MSc, PgDip and PgCert courses reflect this forensic computing environment with their mixture of essential fundamentals, current knowledge and experience, and practical expertise.
