CfDA Engagement with Industry/Government

CfDA provides bespoke courses and consultancy services to a wide range of government departments (in particular the UK MoD), overseas Armed Forces, foreign Defence Ministries and industry.

We are agile and flexible and are able to tailor our courses to meet the demands of our customers. Courses are run at a wide range of venues to suit customers’ requirements and course pre-reading is offered where time is of the essence.

BAE Systems Capability Management Masterclass

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Developed to meet an emerging need within BAE Systems, the 2-day Capability Management Masterclass provides participants with the knowledge and skills to critically analyse the UK MoD capability management construct. This enables delegates to develop an in-depth understanding of the impact that capability management could have and enhance their knowledge of Customer needs and key drivers.

 

A recent MoD participant on the Masterclass commented:  

• "Having been intimately involved in CM for several years, I was staggered at how much I learned on the course. I also found the close engagement with industry on the course invaluable in sharing perspectives and learning. I would recommend this to anyone in the MOD or industry.
