The Aeromechanical Systems Group continues to seek high-quality, enthusiastic science and engineering graduates for research projects in the areas of:
- Unsteady aerodynamics and aeroelasticity
- Flapping-wing aerodynamics
- Cavity aerodynamics and aeroacoustics
- Jet aerodynamics and mixing control
- Automotive and ground-effect aerodynamics
- Energy/power management (EPM) for UAV propulsion.
- EPM for UAV hybrid propulsion system architecture.
- Energy conservation (EC) for swarms of multiple UAVs.
