The Procurement Department provides a comprehensive service covering all aspects of procurement including:

  • development and implementation of department procurement strategies to support the delivery of the University's overall strategy

  • framework agreements for common item commodities
  • capital expenditure program procurement
  • legislative compliance
  • liaising with national and inter-regional procurement working groups.

Information for suppliers

The University organises it's tendering activity via an electronic portal called In-Tend. All contract documentation and invitations to tender are issued by the University electronically and supplier’s responses received similarly through the secure site.  Correspondence can also be exchanged via this system.

In-Tend Supplier home page

View our In-Tend Supplier home page where you can find details of major items and services which are currently being tendered by the University.

You can also register your company so that your details will be available to us for consideration in any future tender exercises.  You will also be able to express an interest directly in any open tender advertised on the In-Tend website in the Current Tenders area and download any pre-qualification or tender documentation that is posted on the site once you are logged in.
