Governance and structure
The University’s supreme constitutional body is Court which is akin in its nature and its role to the shareholders of a large public company. It is presided over by our Chancellor, The Lord Vincent of Coleshill.
Cranfield University Council is responsible for the strategic direction, approval of major developments and the receipt of regular reports from executive officers on the day to day operations of the University.
