Community projects
Cranfield University staff and students are involved with a great many activities within the local and national community.
The aim of the university's community relations programme is to ensure that we engage with and meet the needs of those who live in both our local neighbourhood and the wider, national community. By using the skills and expertise of our staff we hope to support, develop and enrich the lives of those living in and around Cranfield campuses.
To support this end, Cranfield actively encourages its staff and students to become involved with the wide range of activities we offer. The university has a dedicated Volunteer Co-ordinator, Sarah De Costa, to oversee project and liaise with external organisations wishing to work with the university.
