The Supply Chain Research Centre
The Supply Chain Research Centre is one of Europe’s largest centres dedicated to research into logistics and supply chain management. The Centre attracts annual funding in excess of £500,000 through research council, government and industrial sources. We perform a variety of research, from long-term research council funded projects, which focus on the generation of new knowledge, to dedicated industrially funded work that addresses specific needs.
Cranfield School of Management
Cranfield School of Management has a comprehensive suite of open programmes in logistics and supply chain management. These programmes draw on our faculty's extensive experience to transform knowledge into action.
In addition to our research portfolio we have two Research Clubs and two potential Research Forums that are currently being introduced.
Within the Centre we have three research clubs:
- Agile Supply Chain Research Club.
- Supply Chain Responsiveness in Practice (SCRiP).
- Food@Cranfield Research Network.
These Clubs bring together industrial partners with the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management faculty to share knowledge and experience of managing supply chains in practice. Industrial partners in the Clubs also work with us on larger research projects: developing long-term collaboration.
